1. I need SaltStick ASAP. When will my order arrive if I place it today?
Two factors are at play when you order: 1. What day did you order? and 2. What shipping method was used? Orders ship 1 business day after being placed, and usually take 3 or less days to arrive if shipping USPS Priority. If you order on a Monday, your order would ship on Tuesday and likely arrive by Friday. But, if you order on a Friday, your order will not ship until Monday and likely arrive Thursday. For fastest shipping, choose USPS-Priority at checkout, or simply order $50 or more product for Priority shipping.

2. Do you have faster shipping methods? How can I get product faster?
USPS-Priority is the fastest shipping method we offer. You can select USPS-Priority at checkout, or if you order $50 or more in product then your order will automatically ship USPS-Priority. If you need SaltStick ASAP, we recommend consulting our Store Finder for a retailer near you, or consider ordering via Amazon Prime or another online retailer that offers overnight shipping.

3. Where is my order? How can I track my order?
Your order history and tracking numbers will be found in the “My Account” section of your shopsaltstick.com account. Please login to track your shipments, or check your email for shipping updates from an “@saltstick.com” email account. Once you have your tracking number, please contact USPS if you have any issues receiving the package. 

4. Why won’t my credit card won’t work on shopsaltstick.com?
If you are having issues using your credit card on shopsaltstick.com, please check that your billing address and zip code are correct, and that your credit card number, expiration, and security code are all correct. If your credit card still won’t work, consider using PayPal, or visit Amazon or another online retailer. 

5. Can my order be changed, or can discounts be applied after I place an order?
We cannot change an order after it has been placed, but if you contact us right away then we may be able to cancel your old order, and then you place your new order. It’s possible we cannot cancel the order, and then you can return the order once you receive it. We cannot apply discounts after an order has been placed. 

6. How do I stop recurring orders, or change the date of recurring orders?
To update or stop recurring orders, simply login to your shopsaltstick.com account and go to the “MY ACCOUNT” section where you will see your “RECURRING ORDERS” Click “view details” and then you will be able to stop or change the date of your recurring order.
